1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

You were unable to use the product as intended

Compatibility issues with your existing setup (system requirements are listed on each product page)

You already have similar functionality from another source
2. Exception — Unusual Payment Errors
The only exception to this policy is if you experience a genuine technical error during the payment process that results in an incorrect or unauthorized charge.
This includes:

Being charged twice for the same order

Being charged an incorrect amount

Payment was processed but the download was not delivered

Any other verifiable transaction error on our end
If you believe you qualify for this exception, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate the issue and, if the error is confirmed, issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. How to Request a Refund (Exception Only)
To request a refund under the unusual transaction exception:

Provide your transaction ID (sent to your email after purchase) and a description of the issue.

Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original PayPal account used for the purchase within 3–5 business days after approval.
4. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, your account and future access to our products may be suspended. We encourage you to reach out to us first so we can resolve any issue directly.
