2. Products

All products sold on this website are digital goods delivered via instant download after payment is confirmed. Product details, features, and system requirements are described on the respective product page. It is your responsibility to review these details before purchasing.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee through your selected PayPal payment method. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice; however, changes do not affect purchases already made.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits simply because you changed your mind, the product did not meet your expectations, or you were unable to use it as intended.

Exception — Unusual Transaction:
The only exception to this policy is if you encounter a very unusual technical error during the payment process that results in an incorrect charge (e.g., you are charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or charged without receiving a download). If you believe you have experienced such an error, contact us at the support email listed on our website within 7 days of the transaction date. We will review the issue and, if confirmed, issue a full refund.

What is not covered:

Custom modifications or feature additions to the product
Integration with third-party services not explicitly listed in the product description
Debugging or fixing issues caused by modifications you make to the product
General web development or programming education

6. Customization

Customization requests (modifications, feature additions, or bespoke development beyond what the product offers) are not included in the product price. If you require customization, please contact us separately. We will provide a quote based on the scope of work. Any such work will be governed by a separate agreement.

7. License & Intellectual Property

What You CANNOT Do

Resell or redistribute the original or slightly modified files — this means you cannot sell the raw product files (or a lightly modified copy) to someone else as a standalone product. Each sale must go through the original creator.

Include the product in a "pack" or bundle offered for sale or free download
Use the product in a way that violates applicable laws
